Q. What is included in our price
A. Your hire will include fully comprehensive hire insurances for 2 drivers over 25 yrs old, breakdown cover, unlimited mileage within the UK (based on 7 nights hire) along gas bottles, toilet chemicals & rolls and kitchen cleaning pack. Your motorhome comes equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV’, Cadac BBQ and table & chairs.
Q. What is the minimum hire period
A. We have a minimum hire period of four nights in mid-season & seven nights in high season, however sometimes we have gaps to fill and may be able to offer a shorter hire.
Q. How many miles can we travel
A. On full week hires its unlimited, on shorter hires it 125 miles per day.
Q. Who can drive the motorhome
A. Our Insurance covers drivers between 25-79 years of age who have held a full valid license for more than 3 years.
You can have 2 drivers per Motorhome, and this is included in the hire fees.
All drivers must be present when collecting the Motorhome.
Q. What does the motorhome come with.

- Half tank of fresh water

- Mains Electric hook up cable
- Kitchen pack containing cooking equipment & crockery for everyone
- Dish towels and cleaning materials
- Dustpan and brush

Q. Can I take the motorhome abroad
A. No
Q. Where do we collect and return the motorhome
A. The motorhome is collected and returned to our depot in Wingate, we are a small family business with one main depot.
Q. What time can we collect and return the motorhome.
A. Our normal collection is 2 pm and return is 10am, if you would like to guarantee an earlier collection an additional charge of £60 is required (this request would have to be confirmed)
Q. Do we need to book into a camp site to charge our Leisure Battery?
A. No – the motorhomes are fitted with solar panels which help keep the leisure battery charged, plus the battery charges as you drive. Campsites are ideal for stopping to empty the chemical waste, grey waste and filling up with fresh water.
Q. Can I leave my car with you while am away.
A. Yes, your welcome to leave a car with us in the locked compound, parking at your own risk.
Q. Can I take a pet
A. Yes most of our motorhomes are pet friendly and should be disclosed on the booking form, we charge £40 for 1 dog or £60 for 2 dogs, no more than 2 dogs are allowed.
Q. Do you have any non-pet friendly motorhomes
A. Yes, our Roller Team Pegaso 740 does not allow pets, this is for the comfort of our guest who may have allergies.
Q. Can I take the motorhome to Ireland
A. No
Q. Can I drive the motorhome when I have points on my licence.
A. We can accept 6 penalty point, if you have more than this it would need referring to the insurance company. We may not be able to arrange cover for convictions with the following codes: AC, BA, CD, DD, DR, MS, TT, UT and IN so please contact us for clarification
Q. Do I need a special licence to drive the motorhome.
A. No all of our motorhomes are plated at 3500kg, so a normal licence is fine.
Q. Is bedding and towels included.
A. No we do not include towels, we do provide a mattress protector & fitted sheet for each bed, if you do require bedding we charge additional fee of £15 single, £20 double & £25 king, please give us notice if bedding is required.
